After almost a month of being official candidates, the pampering day at David’s Salon Institute in Makati City came at the most perfect time. The ladies arrived in the morning where they were treated to a yummy breakfast before they were warmly by the Founder and CEO of David’s Salon, David’s Charlton and his daughter and Creative Director, Laura Charlton.
Mr. Charlton simply saw a need to provide high quality haridressing at an affordable price to the Filipino market. His intuition proved him right. Thirty years later, David’s Salon is the largest salon chain in the Philippines with over 200 branches nationwide and branches in the US, Hong Kong and the Middle East.
For more than a decade, David’s Salon has been the official hair and make-up sponsor of the Bb. Pilipinas pageant.The candidates were then given a brief presentation of the history of Bb. Pilipinas and David’s Salon. It was a trip down memory lane seeing all the photos of the former Bb. Pilipinas queens with the expert team of David’s Salon.
The Bb. Pilipinas candidates were thrilled to enjoy head and shoulder massages to melt away their stress. They were also treated to gel manicures and pedicure treatments. It was truly a day meant for them.
