MANILA, Philippines – A few weeks after they were crowned on the Miss World Philippines stage, Miss Eco Philippines 2017 Cynthia Thomalla and Miss Multinational Philippines 2017 Sophia Senoron are set to talk to Rappler about life during and after the pageant.
One of the favorites to win Miss World Philippines 2017, 22-year-old Cynthia hails from Cebu and was crowned Reyna ng Aliwan (Sinulog Queen) in 2016.
On the other hand, 17-year-old Sophia was the underdog of the competition, due to her height. She joined the competition without training from a pageant camp, because her former handler had told her that she didn’t have a chance at winning.
